RSVPing to Events

Found an event that looks good? RSVPing is quick and locks in your spot. Here's how it works and what happens after.

How to RSVP

• Tap on the event card to open its details

• Read through the description, time, location, and what to expect

• Tap the RSVP button

• You're in! You'll see a confirmation screen right away

Some events ask a quick question when you RSVP — like whether you have a car or speak another language. This helps organizers plan logistics.

Calendar Sync

After RSVPing, you can add the event to your phone's calendar:

• Tap Add to Calendar on the confirmation screen

• Choose your calendar app (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, etc.)

• The event will appear with the time, location, and a link back to ActionGrid

Add to your calendar so you don't forget

Reminders

ActionGrid sends you reminders so you don't forget:

• 24 hours before — an email reminder with event details

• 2 hours before — a push notification (if you have notifications enabled)

You can customize reminder settings in your profile under Notifications.

Changing Your Mind?

Life happens. If you can't make it, tap the event and then tap Cancel RSVP. No judgment — but please cancel as early as possible so organizers can plan accordingly.

Viewing Your RSVPs

All your upcoming RSVPs are visible on your Dashboard under "My Upcoming Events." You can also see them in the Events tab by toggling to "My Events."
